SAY MY NAME 1:1 SPECIAL VIDEO CALL EVENT NOTICE (English)

1. Event Schedule

- The event is scheduled to begin sequentially from 16:00 (JST) on Sunday, June 22. A test call will be conducted beforehand.

Please understand that the schedule is subject to slight changes due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

2. Shipping Outside of Japan

- Currently, we do not ship to forwarding service addresses within Japan.

3. Additional Information Collection for Event Winners

- Winners will be asked to provide additional information required for participation in the video call event via email at a later date.
Please make sure to check your email and reply accordingly.

 

4. Personalized Signed Card  (All Winners)

- For smooth processing, Signed Cards will be written in English. A separate email will be sent to all winners regarding name details.

Please make sure to check your inbox and reply accordingly.

Refunds or exchanges are not possible due to name input errors after confirmation.

 

5. Photocard Inclusion Based on Purchase Quantity

- If you purchase 1 album, a photocard of the member you applied for will be included.
- If you purchase 10 albums, you will receive a full set of 7 photocards (one of each member), and the remaining 3 will be selected mainly based on the members you applied for.
- We will do our best to ensure that you receive a variety of members and avoid duplicates as much as possible.

6. Video Call Precautions

Only the winner is allowed to participate in the video call. Third-party participation is strictly prohibited.

Recording, screen capturing, or saving the call in any form is not allowed. If any such activity is detected, the call will be terminated immediately.

If inappropriate behavior (e.g. profanity, sexual remarks, or disrespectful conduct) occurs during the call, it will be terminated, and future participation may be restricted.

7. Video Call Environment

Please join the call in a stable network environment (Wi-Fi recommended). If your signal is weak or unstable, the call may be delayed or disconnected.

Reconnection or rescheduling will not be possible.

Please log in and be ready ahead of your scheduled time. If you do not join on time, the call may be automatically canceled without prior notice.

8. Shipping Schedule

Products will be shipped sequentially after the event ends. As international shipping is involved, delivery may be delayed.

Once your item is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided.

Customers using Korean forwarding services must track their parcel through the forwarding company directly.

9. Additional Notes

No compensation will be provided for missed calls due to device issues, app installation failures, or failure to log in properly.
